All of our products are made using Certified Organic Aloe Vera but we do not bear the organic seal due to the ingredient potassium sorbate, a preservative that is nature based

Yes, our Aloe Vera Juice is cold processed! It also has been treated for naturally occurring bacteria by HTST (high-temperature, short-time) pasteurization. All of the biologically active components remain intact through this process.

Our Aloe Vera contains such high quantities of these beneficial nutrients that sometimes, due to temperature fluctuations, the solids can precipitate out and that's what you are seeing floating around. Short answer is, It depends on the issue.. It can be as soon as 10-15 minutes for certain issues and for more long-term complex issues it can take several weeks to a month. Don't give up! It is important to let the Aloe work its magic and to do that you need to be consistent and patient

There are multiple reasons. One of which is that Aloe Vera is an analgesic, which helps to calm discomfort and pain. When your horse is not in pain they will generally be in a more calm and relaxed state.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. on orders over $50 (excluding our Equine Pellets). For orders under $50, we charge a Flat Rate fee.

Our Equine Pellets have a $10/bag Flat Rate fee for all domestic orders and a $25/bag Flat Rate fee for all international orders.

We use UPS & USPS carrier calculated rates for the rest of the planet.

We do not charge handling fees.

Yes, we offer 2 day express shipping to the lower 48 states. Prices are shown at checkout.

Express shipping costs are not refundable once an order ships.

For orders with standard addresses throughout the US & Canada, we offer basic ground shipping through UPS and USPS.

For orders being sent to a PO Box, we offer basic ground shipping through USPS.

You will receive an automated email when your order ships, which will include a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active within the carrier's system.

Returns & Exchanges

Full refund if requested within 60 days of invoice date. Shipping is non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@pharmaloe.com. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please contact us at orders@pharmaloe.com so that we can most quickly assist you. We'll need basic info like your order number, or the email address used to place the order. In most cases we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Refunds are processed after we receive items at our warehouse. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed after the returned item(s) have been received. If you're waiting for an exchange, the exchanged item will be shipped out within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Please contact us right away with an email to orders@pharmaloe.com. If possible, please provide any photos of the damage to help expedite the process.
